Although Chartered Surveyors we are not a Property led, mainstream valuation practice. We provide much more strategic specialist advice in the valuation of complex Machinery & Business Assets.
Our service is Director led and supported by a Consistent, Analytical, and Methodical approach to core Valuation Principles. We undertake all valuation work in line with guidelines set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Firm is also regulated by RICS.
Director Profile
As the Founding Director of Elia Simon Auctions, Mr. S Kazmi brings over fifteen years experience gained at some of the best known names in the Machinery & Business Assets valuation profession: Bache Treharne, Dovebid, Edward Symmons, Henry Butcher/GoIndustry.
Syed has an Honours Degree in Computer Sciences and is a full member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is accredited as being a member of the RICS Registered Valuer scheme, he is also an Associate member of R3 - The Association of British Recovery Professionals.
